Who we are

Hansen Toft A/S was founded in 2001 in Aarhus, Denmark. Today, the company has offices in Aarhus, Copenhagen, and Kolding, with a total of 47 employees.

Hansen Toft consists of consultants with many years of experience in management consulting and business development, including Search & Selection. Our Research department specializes in attracting executive profiles through all relevant channels and methods.

Hansen Toft has demonstrated solid growth and consistently strong financial performance since its inception.

Services

Our services focus on strengthening our clients’ management and business performance through two core areas: Executive Search and Leadership Consulting.

Within Executive Search, we identify, attract, and select experienced leaders for key positions through a structured Search & Selection process, supported by a dedicated Research function that ensures access to the strongest candidate fields. We stand behind our work by offering a two-year guarantee on our placements.

Within Leadership Consulting, we work with organizations to develop management performance—both at the individual and team level. This includes assessing leadership capabilities, strengthening execution power, and ensuring that strategies are translated into tangible, measurable results.
