Who we are
Lense & Lumen Advisory Group was founded in 2017 by four independent European executive search and HR consultancy firms. After years of successful collaboration leading C-level searches and international expansion mandates, we combined our expertise to form a global executive search firm alliance. Our goal was to build a more meaningful, partnership–driven alternative to traditional international executive recruitment networks, one built on ownership and value creation where firms actively support each other and grow together.
